When you place an order you must provide certain account information to allow us to place your order. You will be required to create an account with us. Creating an account provides certain benefits to you such as:

How to place an order:
-Navigate through the Website and go to the product that you wish to purchase
-If you wish to purchase a product click on the product, then click on “Add to Cart”
-Continue shopping or if you wish to go to the Cart to review the products you have selected or to finalise your order, click in the Shopping Cart icon at the top right hand corner of the Website
-Review the products that you have placed in the cart.
-Once you are satisfied and wish to finalise the order, click on the Proceed to Checkout tab
-If you are a new customer you have the option of creating an account or proceeding as a guest.
-If you are an existing customer, you will be required to enter your login details and password. Your previous shipping address details will automatically be populated on the site. You can choose to change these details before completing your order.
-Select your preferred shipping option.
-Select your payment option and input your payment details
-If you have a discount code, please enter it in the Discount Code box
-Click on complete order.
-Once you have completed the order you will be shown a summary of your order
You must logout when you have finished placing your order.
Ordering – General:
Once You select a product that you wish to order, irrespective of any previous price you have seen or heard, you will then be shown on the Website the price you must pay (including GST and any other charges) to complete the order.
All prices on the Website are displayed in Australian dollars and you will be charged in Australian dollars. Pricing is subject to change without prior notice.
Your order will be processed as soon as your payment has cleared. You must pay for the order in full at the time of ordering by one of the payment methods we provide on the Website (please refer to Payment Methods). You must be fully entitled to use the payment method or account used for purchases. The payment method or account must have sufficient funds or credit facilities to cover the purchase. Title in any goods purchased by you through this Website does not pass to you until payment has been received in full.
Once payment is cleared you will receive an email that your order has been dispatched.
If we are unable to fulfil an order, we will notify you. Please refer to Cancellation of Order for further information.
We do not guarantee the availability of any products advertised on the Website.
ACCEPTANCE OF ORDER
Once you have placed your order, you will receive an email acknowledging the details of your order. This email is not an acceptance of your order; it is just a confirmation that we have received it. Our agreement with you for the purchase of the goods only comes into existence once we have both confirmed your order and your payment has been processed.
Unless we agree to cancel your order, acceptance of your order and completion of the contract between you and us will be finalised when we despatch the product/s and send an email confirming that the product/s have been despatched to your nominated shipping address.
We reserve the right to refuse your order if your payment has not cleared, shipping restrictions apply to a particular product, the item ordered is out of stock (please refer to the Cancellation of Order section for further options), if we consider you have breached these Terms or do not meet the eligibility criteria set out within these Terms.
We may also refuse to process an order and accept a transaction for any reason, or refuse service to anyone at any time at our discretion. We will not be liable to you, or any third party due to our withdrawing any product from the Website, removing or editing content on the Website; refusing to process a transaction or suspending any transaction after processing has begun.
CANCELLATION OF ORDER
While we take reasonable precautions to ensure that the price and details of products listed on the Website are correct, however from time to time some products may be out of stock. If you have ordered a product that is out of stock at the time of your order we will notify you if this and either provide you with a credit note, provide you with alternative products for the same value of the out of stock item or provide you with a refund at your discretion. We will refund any money received from you using the same payment method originally used by you to pay for the product.
If you discover that you have made a mistake with your order after you have submitted it to the Website, please contact us immediately on email@example.com . Although we cannot guarantee that we will be able to amend your order in accordance with your instructions, cancellation of your order is at our sole discretion after taking into account the relevant circumstances and reasons for cancellation (without any liability to you).
We apologise but we cannot add or remove items from your order once it has been processed and shipped.
Payment can be made by credit card, PayPal or bank transfer.
Credit Card transactions: Payments can be made using Visa, MasterCard or American Express and is processed through our secure payment provider eWay . When credit card details are collected, your card details are not viewed by us or by any person except you, at any time during the transaction, we simply pass them on directly to eWay in order to be processed as required. We never permanently store complete Credit Card details. eWay is an authorised third party processor for all the major Australian banks which uses an industry standard 128 Bit Secure Socket Layer (SSL) Certificate to help ensure that your shopping experience is safe and secure. SSL encrypts all information including your credit card information within eWay’s bank-grade data centre, further protecting your credit card data.

Please place your order number and surname as the description/reference when making the transfer. Your order will be processed once the bank transfer clears in our account which may take up to two business days. You warrant that the credit or debit card that is being used is yours or that you have been specifically authorised by the owner of the credit/debit card to use it. All credit or debit card holders are subject to validation checks and authorisation by the card issuer. If the issuer of your payment card refuses to authorise payment to us, we will not be liable for any delay or non-delivery.We will take all reasonable care to keep the details of your order and payment secure, but we cannot or will not be held liable for any loss you may suffer if a third party procures any unauthorised access to data you provide when accessing, or ordering from the Website unless that access was made possible by our negligence.
We use Australia Post and Sendle to ship our products. We currently only ship to Australian addresses. Shipping is the date we dispatch the product to you. It is not the date you expect to receive the product. We aim to deliver products to you at the place of delivery requested by you within the time indicated by us at the time of your order, but we cannot guarantee any delivery dates.Shipping cost is calculated at checkout based on the size and weight of your total order. The total shipping cost is displayed after total product costs. You may have an option for selecting either Sendle or Australia Post to ship your order to you. Once you have chosen the method of shipping, your total order cost including total shipping costs will be displayed before you proceed to payment.We will attempt to send your goods via Australia Post within the days outlined below. For all Australia Post shipped orders, once dispatched below are the approximate time frames for delivery to metro areas as advised by Australia Post:

The above delivery times are estimates only and your order is subject to Australia Post delivery times. For rural and regional areas the above estimates are subject to change. You should receive an email that outlines your tracking number from Australia Post once your order is dispatched to enable you to track the status of your order.
For Sendle shipped orders, once dispatched the approximate shipping time frame is 1-7 days (except Perth which can take up to 10 business days and Darwin which can take up to 12 business days). Please note that it might not be possible to deliver to some locations. If this is the case, we will inform you using the contact details that you provide to us when you make your order and make other arrangements with you. Express Post is available to a limited number of addresses throughout Australia depending on the size, weight and destination address. Please contact us if you would like further detail on the cost or wish to find out if you would be eligible for Express Post.
We will try and inform you if it has been made known to us that we will be unable to meet our estimated delivery date, but to the extent permitted by law, we will not be liable to you for any costs, expenses, losses, liabilities, damages or charges arising out of late delivery. If you are experiencing any delays or are unable to track your order, please contact us for further assistance.
You must ensure that you are able to take delivery of the product without undue delay and at any time reasonably specified by us.
You may grant an 'authority to leave' when placing your order. If you take this option, you agree that this authority to leave gives us, Australia Post and Sendle couriers permission to leave your order unattended by the front door of the shipping address, or at the front desk or reception or concierge's desk, or as per your instructions of the delivery address without obtaining your signature confirming the order has been delivered to the delivery address. You release us of any liability and responsibility for your order delivered and left unattended in this way, and that this liability and responsibility transfer to you on delivery.
Unless otherwise specified by you, any risk of loss or damage to goods passes to you upon dispatch from our premises. From the time when risk passes to you, we will not be liable for loss or damage to the product.
When you receive delivery of our products, please inspect your goods immediately. If for any reason you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, we are happy to exchange your order within 30 days. Please email us at email@example.com provide assistance to you.
If any of the products we have provided you are faulty, damaged or incorrectly supplied, please notify us within 7 days after the delivery date via email. Please provide as much detail as possible in relation to the problem with the order including photographic evidence (if possible). All items which are determined to be faulty, damaged or non-damaged, must be returned with its proof of purchase, original packaging, any supplied documentation and in its original condition. A refund will not be processed for any reason unless the product/s has been returned to us within 7 days of the date of purchase, unopened in its original packaging. Once your return the product to us, you are entitled to a choice of either a refund, or an exchange with the same or an equivalent product provided that the product is in stock. Please keep all packaging, documentation and/or manuals supplied with the product in good, original condition.
This returns policy does not apply to goods which have been worn, used, mishandled or damaged after delivery, or if any attempt has been made to alter the product or if they have been dropped or broken. It is the responsibility of the customer to read and follow all instructions and advice or warnings given by the manufacturer or supplier. All postage and insurance costs are to be paid by the buyer. We recommend that you return the product via Registered post and that you pre pay all postage.
You assume any risk of lost, theft or damaged goods during transit therefore advise you take out shipment registration of insurance with your postal carrier. The Cakers Kitchen will not be responsible or parcels lost or damaged in transit if you choose not to insure.You agree that you shall make no claim against us for any delay in delivery or any damaged product delivered to you as a direct or indirect result of events beyond our control. Please note that due to hygiene reasons, we will not accept the return or exchange of any food or edible product.
If you breach these Terms, failure by us to take action or enforce these Terms will not constitute a waiver of our rights and remedies arising from that breach and we reserve our entitlement to enforce our rights and remedies in relation to that breach or any other situation where you commit a breach of these Terms. Any waiver of any provision of the Terms will be effective only if it is in writing and executed by The Cakers Kitchen.
We make updates to this site periodically. We make no representations about the accuracy, reliability, currency, completeness, definitiveness or timeliness of the content of this Website. To the maximum extent permitted by law, we take no responsibility regarding inaccuracies, omissions or typographical errors that may be found on this Website.
